TEI Spa Beauty is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns.
TEI SPA ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone: 702-848-7388.
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once you order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to Warehouse", entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time you may cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being "Sent to Warehouse", no further changes can be made. You must call a Customer Care Representative at 702-848-7388 within 24 hours to make any changes to your order when it is in "Placed" status.
TEI SPA RETURN POLICY
15 Day Money Back Guarantee
TEI Spa is proud to offer a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide to return your TEI Spa purchase, you have 15 days from the receipt of sale to do so. All Money Back Guarantees require UNUSED devices in original packaging and proof of purchase directly from TEI Spa Beauty, either our website or at our retail store. NO RETURN shipping label will be provided after 15 days from the receipt of sale.
TEI Spa Beauty products purchased through other authorized resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. If you have purchased a product from an unauthorized resellers, please make sure to contact them before sending the product to our office. NO RETURN shipping label or CALL TAG will be provided after 60 days from the reseller's purchase order.
UNOPENED* and UNUSED* devices may be returned after 15 days of purchase minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
USED liquid products and devices CANNOT be returned for sanitary purposes, due to U.S. Health Regulations.
*NO RETURNS on liquid products, cleansers, serums, oils, sprays, etc. including, but not limited to: Essential Oils, Misting Sprays, 24 Karat Gold Firming Serum, Bamboo Makeup Brushes, Creams, Scrubs, Serums/Gels, Cotton Swabs, PPE and facial masks.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the possibility of product contamination, we are not able to accept returns on the above items.
Returns due to human error will not be accepted, such as dropping on the floor, tampering with product, inappropriate usage, use with power outlet other than the one provided or water damage. Other issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Postage is not refundable. Proof of purchase is required.
If a package is received damaged due to the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
TEI Spa is proud to offer a one year Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty on all of our beauty tools that have product registration. While unusual, if there is a defect with one of our products you may send it to us for our professional review. Upon inspection if it is indeed deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect we will send a replacement tool or offer a product credit. If we receive the tool and it does not have a manufacturer’s defect the customer can have it sent back to them at their expense. Tools without product registration can be submitted with proof of purchase but are not guaranteed under the Warranty program.
**All products bought from unauthorized resellers ARE NOT qualified for the one year manufacturer’s defect warranty.
We DO NOT except returns from unauthorized resellers.
OUR RETURN PROCESS
A TEI Spa Customer Service Representative MUST authorize all returns. To request Return Authorization, please call or text 702-848-7388 and a return authorization number will be issued for the product return. Customers must provide invoice number, quantities, and reason for return. Credit will not be applied to any unauthorized return. Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. TEI Spa does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
In the event of a product recall, TEI Spa Beauty will notify all customers with regard to the procedures for returning recalled product.
Note: TEI Spa recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to TEI Spa or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
