Yes. If your TEI Spa tool fails to function within the specified warranty period because of defects in the materials or workmanship, the tool should be returned to TEI Spa to be either repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover any product that has been damaged by dropping, tampering, inappropriate usage or use with power outlet other than the one provided. Proof of purchase required.

Yes. TEI Spa products were originally designed for professionals. Our products allow for the deepest cleansing, exfoliation and product penetration. Your clients will love the look and feel of their skin. Just make sure to effectively clean each tool before and after use. 

The Ultra Cleanse and the Hair Sonic are TEI Spa’s waterproof products. It is never recommended to submerge any product in water, but you are encouraged to use the Ultra Cleanse and Hair Sonic in the Shower.

The OxyDerm is ideal for acne prone or troubled skin. It provides high frequency oxygenation and purification and creates ozone to disinfect the skin, kill bacterial and reduce inflammation. We also recommend the UltraCleanse for those with acne prone skin. Oftentimes acne is caused by inadequate cleansing and exfoliation of the skin. The UltraCleanse cleans 6 times deeper than manual cleansing, rotates 500 times per minute and rids of all of the makeup, dirt and bacteria on the skin, which ultimately aids in clearing up acne and blemishes.
